8.12.2: Blank screen when opening the 1Password app

Hi,

Have a windows11 pro machine, and my 1password program is not loading anything.  I'm getting a blank screen after typing in my password.  My browser plug in works fine however.

I've attempted to reinstall the app. Turned hardware acceleration off as well.

  • Hi kmattoo​, I'm sorry to hear that you're running into a blank screen after entering your account password to unlock the desktop app, and disabling hardware acceleration hasn't helped.

    I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your Windows PC, so our team can take a closer look. You can generate this from Settings > Advanced > Send Diagnostics.

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
