I'm sorry for the delay in replying. Can you let me know if you still see the same issue when using the latest version of 1Password for Safari: How to keep 1Password up to date in your browser
If you do then can you tell me what specifically isn't working on each page? Is 1Password not offering a suggestion for a specific username or password field? Or is it offering the suggestion but not filling in properly?

Dave; hello - and thanks for following up.
Unfortunately, Yes. I have 8.10.82 on macOS 15.5. The Chase site is the one I hope you might be able do so some 'retooling' for, please.
In order to log in (at, say, https://www.chase.com) I have to restart Safari (18.5 (20621.2.5.11.8)) I have to quit and relaunch Safari. Single clicking on Autofill thus:
fails to populate either field. Nothing happens. Blank.
If you have any ideas, please, I'd be very grateful. TIA!

Hi Mark_Sealey,
I've done some testing on my end and haven't been able to reproduce the behaviour on chase.com, so I'm wondering if there may be another issue at play here. To help me better understand your setup and what's going on, could you answer the following:
- Do you notice the same behaviour on other websites, where you need to restart Safari to get things to autofill?
- Do you use multiple profiles in Safari? If so, is the issue occurring in a specific profile?
- Do you make use of pinned tabs in Safari?
Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you very much, Trevor, for taking the time and trouble to look into this!
To answer your questions:
Do you notice the same behaviour on other websites, where you need to restart Safari to get things to autofill?
No. Only chase.com
Do you use multiple profiles in Safari? If so, is the issue occurring in a specific profile?
No. Only one profile.
Do you make use of pinned tabs in Safari?
No. It happens when, say, I launch Safari from booting, at the beginning of a session. OK then. Add various other tabs - maybe up to half a dozen. Wait and go back to Chase, whose session was closed, and try to log back in with the extension. Try repeatedly. Wait. Close the chase tab. Open it again… the only way I can use the 1P extension is by restarting Safari!
