Advanced setting diiagnose and logfiles

The only impact would be if you needed support. Support and by extension the development team will request a Diagnostics Report, and if you've turned off subsystems in that list then any extended data about what happened will not be included in the report. They'll ask you to turn on particular subsystems (potentially) and try and re-trigger the event that caused you to write in to support.
