After OS Upgrade, Linked Attachments Don’t Open in 1Password on MacBook or iPhone

After upgrading to Tahoe 26.3 and iOS 26.3, linked attachments don’t open in 1Password on Mac Book or iPhone. When tapping to open the attachment, the user is taken back to the general categories screen.   This happend a fews years ago and is happening again.

iPad application is working.  I'm running 1Password for Mac 8.12.2 (81202037)

    I'm sorry that you're unable to open attachments in 1Password on your Macbook or iPhone. So that I can better understand the situation, can you tell me the following:

    1. Are you able to download the file attachment when you 

      log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?

    2. What file format are these files using?

      Hi 1P_Dave

      My issue is trying to "View" a "RELATED ITEM".  For example, I have my passport page (as a JPEG) attached as a RELATED ITEM.  I was previously able to click "View" and it would open up.  Now it doesn't.  Do I need to remove RELATED ITEMS and attach them as a File instead?
