Allow "Never" for "Require password" on windows when "Hello" is working

iOS has the Never option.

The repeated excuses of

or
to help users to remember their account password

do not feel compelling as 1password somewhat insists users save the https://support.1password.com/emergency-kit/ document. And not remembering the password doesn't matter when a 1password account exists on an other device with Require password: Never.

For a consistent user-experience across devices, make that option the same everywhere.

    Hello @jpa468,

    Thanks for your question about the Require password: Never option when using Windows Hello with 1Password.

    Like other versions of 1Password, this option is available within 1Password for Windows, but tied to devices with an active hardware backed Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 and the appropriate setting is enabled in the Security section of 1Password's settings:
    * Use Windows Hello to unlock 1Password on your Windows PC - Manage your settings
