I had similar symptoms on Ubuntu 22.04 with Gnome on Wayland. Errors such as

[10295:0414/102438.979007:ERROR:content/browser/gpu/gpu_process_host.cc:999] GPU process exited unexpectedly: exit_code=8704led me to a thread on https://github.com/electron/electron/issues/45642. I solved the problem by disabling Hardware Acceleration in 1Password, which I was able to change by opening Settings from the menu bar icon.
