App not linking

Hello, I've raised this with support but they have not been very helpful so far. We have a business account with 2 users who have recovered their accounts but cannot link the desktop app. Each time...

I'm sorry that some of your users are unable to link the desktop app to their 1Password account after a recovery. I see that my colleague has just sent you an new email, please continue the conversation there and the team will be able to help get this fixed.
