Apple ID password changed at Apple, 1Password reports is duplicate at Systems Preferences

I changed Apple ID password at Apple, 1Password reports now have a duplicate at Systems Preferences why? Apple ID opens systems preferences do not think change have a separate password for Systems Preferences
