Apple Watch app does not install

My 1Password app for Apple Watch does not install. If you click the "install" button in the Watch app for the 1Password watch app, it just spins. I have rebooted both the iPhone and the watch. Is ...

I'm sorry that you're unable to turn on the 1Password Apple Watch app. Can you see if you're able to install another app on your Apple Watch or does the same thing happen?

Can you also make sure that the Apple Watch is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iPhone: Connect your Apple Watch to Wi-Fi - Apple Support (CA)
