Asking for sign on key

When signing online 1Password was asking for user name and password, now the sign on page is asking for, user name, password, and "key". I don't know now how to have the sign on just ask for "username and password".

    I've only been using 1Password for a week. I may have figured it out. Once installed the sign on screen was asking for my password. Nice. Than Windows did a update. After the update my.1Password was asking user name, Key, and password. Then there's a "box' to check or uncheck if the computer is shared and or private. Not sure with the choices. I "unchecked" the box and my.1Password asked for my password only.

    Seems to be working fine for now.

    So, I believe the fix was with to "uncheck" the computer is shared.

    What do you think?

    Hi sdoty004:

    Are you signing into your 1Password account on a new device? After signing into the 1Password app or my.1Password.com, you should not be asked for the Secret Key again, just your account password. Let me know if this is the case, and I can dig into it further with you!
