Auto-Lock totally doesn't work

Hey there, I’ve been battling this for months now — 1Password keeps locking itself after just a few minutes, no matter what I do. And this driving me nuts! As you can see in the attached screenshot...

Hello dom​! 👋

I'm sorry that 1Password is locking unexpectedly on your Mac. So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following: 

  1. Are you just using a personal 1Password account that you unlock using an account password? Or are you also using a Teams/Business account that you unlock using an identity provider like Google, Okta, or Microsoft Entra?
  2. Is the menubar icon turned on for the 1Password desktop app? 
  3. Are you using high performance screen sharing on your Mac?
