Autofill in Edge seems to be using both Safari and Edge autofill mechanisms

1Password for Mac 8.10.36 (81036049) on MacOS 14.5 (23F79) and Edge 127.0.2651.31 (Official build) Beta (arm64)

The 1Password browser extension seems to be autofilling twice when I use the keyboard shortcut in Edge. It seems to be injecting the content into the DOM (which is the standard method), and then it ALSO uses the keyboard injection technique that I see in the 1Password extension in Safari. It just looks quite weird.

Interestingly, it's also auto-submitting forms due to the second autofill, which is counter to my extension settings

Hi kop48, thanks for reaching out!

I'm sorry that you're experiencing trouble with autofill. Are you finding that usernames and passwords are pre-filled in the fields on login pages before you even try to autofill with 1Password? If so, do you have any passwords saved in the Edge browser wallet? You can check by entering edge://wallet/passwords in the Edge browser's address bar.

I look forward to hearing from you!
