If you want to autofill data on websites, you should use 1Password in the browser extension. To get used to this extension, you could read here:

You could use the browser extension to autofill data in Windows apps, too. But a better way is to use Quick Access here. In Quick Access, you are able to search for credentials and copy & paste them into your Windows apps. You could also use drag & drop to "move" the credentials into the matching fields in your apps. I'm not using an Android device, so I'm not familiar with the functionality here. But there are also some documents like the following:
