Autofill no longer fills passwords, credit cards, or other forms

Autofill no longer works on any sites and does not offer to fill out credit cards or other forms. I must copy and paste all usernames/passwords. I disabled Webroot and installed the latest 1Password ...

Hello jwhllc! 👋

I'm sorry that 1Password is no longer filling passwords and other items on your device. As a first step, please try all of the steps in this guide: If 1Password isn't working in your browser

If that still doesn't work then can you tell me the following:

  1. What kind of device and browser are you using?
  2. When you click on a username or password field on a website do you see the 1Password icon in that field?
  3. Do you see the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar?
