Autofill not working in Healow patient portal

I am unable to autofill in the Healow patient portal (used, in my case, by Arizona Endocrinology Center).

The login URL is: https://mycw11.eclinicalweb.com/portal345/jsp/100mp/login_otp.jsp

Problems:

  • The site has a radio button with two options: Using Credentials; Using Mobile Phone. To sign in successfully I need to hit the Using Mobile Phone button.
  • Autofill does not fill the fields under either radio button option.

    Hello jaotto1172, thank you for writing in. I'm sorry to hear about the problems you're running into with 1Password.

    I did some testing on my end but haven't been able to reproduce the same behaviour. I was able to autofill on this website using both options.

    What steps did you take when using 1Password to autofill? Does the autofill menu (Inline menu) appear below the fields?
