My spouse is having a similar issue and is about ready to force me to switch to another service. As I moved to 1password because Bitwarden wasn't working for another family member, doing it again is...

6 months agoHi VoxMJB , thanks for joining the conversation! I'm sorry to hear your spouse has run into some issues with 1Password for Android. Autofill issues can stem from a number of areas, so I've just moved your comment to a new thread so we can help focus on what you've described.
To start, I would recommend applying any pending updates to the device, to the browser, and to 1Password. After, the device can be restarted.
It sounds like Chrome is the primary browser used on your spouse's Pixel 8. If that's the case, could you try these steps
- Open Chrome.
- Click the three dots ( ⋮ ) on the top right, then tap Settings > Autofill Services.
- Tap Autofill with Google, then tap Restart Chrome in the popup that appears.
If you're not using Chrome, or if you're still seeing issues after the steps above could you try these steps as well:
- Open and unlock the 1Password app.
- Tap the account/collection icon on the top right.
- Tap Settings > Autofill.
- Tap Display autofill prompts then tap Below the fields they relate to.
- Open your device settings, then tap Apps > 1Password > Force Stop.
- Reopen the 1Password for Android app, then try filling.
Let us know how that goes, and thanks again!
