6 months agoHey sethmad, thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to hear you're seeing some inconsistent filling behavior.
Just to help get a baseline, I'd like to ask you to completely close 1Password and your browser (remove them from the recent items carousel) restart your device, open and unlock 1Password, then open your browser and try filling. Are you seeing the same inconsistent behavior?
If so, could you let us know if there are specific websites where there's consistently an issue with Chrome and/or DuckDuckGo? Thanks again!

I tried what you recommended and saw no change. Two sites where I've experienced the problem are 1) this community, and 2) https://reg.usps.com/login?app=eReg&appURL=https%3A%2F%2Freg.usps.com%2Fentreg%2Fsecure%2FInformedDeliveryValidateAction_input

Hi sethmad, thanks for checking that.
I'd like to ask you to try making the following setting changes:
- Open device settings.
- Select "Password, passkeys & accounts".
- Confirm 1Password is listed under Preferred services.
- Under "Additional services", turn Google on.
- Open Chrome, then open the ⋮ menu and select Settings.
- Open "Autofill services", then select "Autofill with Google".
- Return to the 1Password community login page, refresh the page, then tap the username field.
Does 1Password now prompt you to fill as expected? Thanks again!
