Autofill Sign-In Auto issue single site

Not sure if this is anything that can be fixed ever but the Sign In Automatically after Autofill fails on 

https://myenstarscm.enstarnaturalgas.com/ as it defaults to hitting the 'Register' button and not the 'Sign In' button. Turning that setting off allows autofill to work correctly, just without automagic sign in function.
