Ok, I disabled "Unlock with device" and enabled "Use TPM". Now 1P app is behaving as expected. 

The "Unlock with device" flow is very confusing and feels like regression. Hope 1P team can re-work it.

Just to confirm, is 1Password for Windows now locking and unlocking as expected for you?

    Hi. Yes, the "Use TPM" flow is locking and unlocking as expected. 

    The "Unlock with device" flow is confusing and doesn't behave the way one would expected from the string "Unlock with device". 

    So I'm sticking with TPM flow.

      As for the "Unlock with device" flow you mentioned, I can't promise we'll introduce any changes here but I've shared your feedback with the team. Thanks again for your input on this.
