Brave and auto fill
Good morning gents and ladies--my first post-- wanted to see if the Brain trust had any suggestions
I have trouble when I use brave on my Samsung Android with getting the prompt to go into one password. But much more frequently than that I think what I run into is it'll prompt me to go into one password but then when I click on it it flashes back to the website like it's going to put all the info in but then nothing happens. Fails also if I try and repeat following the prompt.
I know I have one password set up as my autofill password setting on the Android side as well as disabled the brave I don't know version of that in the brave settings.
I looked on the forum briefly to try and see if anyone else is having this as you didn't actually run across a post could be there. But is anyone else having the same issue or have any steps I can try appreciate it.
Dave

I would try enabling and re-enabling the 1Password auto fill options. I would check and see if Brave has implemented the Chromium fix for web context, if not then you might need to apply some flag changes. This Ongoing Autofill Issues on Android | 1Password Community page has some people discussing.

A search in this forum reveals quite a few previous reports. I'm presuming that by "you didn't actually run across a post could be there" you mean "I didn't see any related posts while browsing the forum", so please clarify if I presumed incorrectly.
You should also take a look at Set up Autofill in Use 1Password to save logins and sign in to apps and websites on your Android device.

I didn't see no results. But to clarify the posts had very general suggestions I've already tried doing like the things I included in my op.

When you clicked on the "search" link in my reply above, you saw no search results? I'm presuming that your double negative was unintentional. If so, then what are "the posts" to which you refer?
The second paragraph in your post alludes to thing you have tried and the third alludes to how you have configured one or all of Brave, 1Password, and Android, and in your reply you allude to things you have tried, however I am struggling to identify any useful details or clear meaning from your writing.
I hope that your fellow Brave on Android users can help you better than I.
