Browser extension not working on Brave/Mac
Hello –
I noticed that I started to have issues with saving new credentials to 1Password from Brave. I did the fairly basic troubleshooting step of making sure everything was up to date (Browser, OS, etc), and then reinstalled the extension. When I tried to set the extension back up, it is stuck on this step, even though I did successfully authenticate/unlock:
Any ideas what to do from here to resolve this?

I'm sorry that you're seeing issues with 1Password in Brave on your Mac. It sounds like the communication between the desktop app and the 1Password in Brave isn't working. First, try restarting your Mac and if that doesn't work then check the following:
1. Open and unlock the 1Password for Mac desktop app.
2. Click on 1Password next to the in the menu bar.
3. Click Settings.
4. Click Browser.
5. Make sure that "Connect with 1Password in the browser" is on.Then in the browser:
6. Open your browser.
7. Right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and click Settings.
8. Turn "Integrate this extension with the 1Password desktop app" off. Wait a moment and then turn it back on.If that still doesn't work then do you see a green dot in the browser settings page? Or a different coloured dot and an error message? And if you click on About in the browser settings page what version of 1Password in the browser do you see listed?
