I'm sorry that you're unable to fill your login credentials when signing into your network. Does the login page for the network open in a normal browser window? Or in a web view? Do you see the 1Password icon in the window itself? Are you able to post a screenshot of the window?
If the login page opens in a webview window and not a normal browser window then I would recommend trying one of the other filling method available:
- On Windows: Use Auto-Type in apps and browsers on your Windows PC
- On Mac: Use Universal Autofill in apps and browsers on your Mac

It's a normal browser window, not a webview window. 1Password autofill icon won't appear. And this only happens on system cold start, after successfully connected to the internet, even if I disconnect the internet (sign out), the autofill still works.

I'm sorry for the delay in replying. So that I can try to reproduce this behaviour, can you tell me the following:
- Are you using a Mac, Windows PC, or something else?
- What browser are you using?
- How do you unlock 1Password? Using your account password? Using biometrics?
