The support ID of the issue that has been ongoing since January is [#ILP-68128-724]. I think you'll better understand where I'm at after reading the comments from both me and 1Password in this email thread. There is no need for further follow-up on this as the last person from 1Password who replied was very clear on what was being done...there is nothing else to do but wait.
