[Bug] Can't drag search results to a tag

When scrolling through items on the desktop app, I can select one or even a bunch of items and drag them on top of a tag to associate those items with the tag. This doesn't work with items that are in a search result though.

To reproduce:

1. Open 1P 8 desktop
2. search for anything that will return more than one result and press ctrl+enter to bring up the search results page
3. shift click the items in order to select them all
4. attempt to click and drag these items to a tag

Expected result: The items show the drag animation, and upon releasing the click, all items are given the tag.

Actual result: The items show the drag animation but with a "not allowed" cursor, and releasing the click does not give the items the tag.
