Bug: "Hold Ctrl+Alt to toggle revealed fields" not working consistently

In the Windows app, there is the option to Hold Ctrl+Alt to temporarily reveal hidden fields. When starting 1Password this does not work. Toggling the checkbox off and then on again in Settings ->...

Hello @IanBurnett and @eyetiger! 👋

I'm sorry that you're having trouble revealing passwords. Our developers are already tracking the bug in an internal work item. I've added your report there and hopefully we can get this fixed soon in a future update.

As mentioned by IanBurnett, toggling the feature off and then back on will resolve the problem until the next time that you reopen the app.
