bug reporting process is painful
It is painful to create a bug report against the Linux version (and now 1Password 8 for Mac, since they're effectively the same product)
Tapping Help > Feedback and Support just spawns a browser...

Community ManagerHi @mdaniel, thank you for this thoughtful critique - and I'm sorry that the bug reporting process hasn't been a smoother one (we certainly want to know when you encounter problems, and make it easy for you get assistance!).
Your points here are all well-considered and I find myself agreeing. Kevin (who you corresponded with in the discussion at that link👆) has already put in a request for a change to the way this is done, and I'm going to follow up myself to see what we can do, short- and long-term, to best address the issues you've raised. Thanks for taking the time to provide that constructive feedback - we'd love to find ways to make doing so easier.
