Bug: Unlock prompt out of focus when opening

This is a bug that happens often. I wish I had more details to identify a pattern. The dialog to unlock 1Password with either Touch ID or a password is out of focus when opening the app. Instead, ...

Have you noticed anything specific about the main 1Password window's size? Is it in full-screen, or on another Space on its own? Have you noticed if the window was already open, or spawns when you open 1Password? Any little details like that you can provide might help establish what's going on. I look forward to hearing from you. :)
