Bug: Unlock prompt out of focus when opening

This is a bug that happens often. I wish I had more details to identify a pattern. The dialog to unlock 1Password with either Touch ID or a password is out of focus when opening the app. Instead, ...

Good question. The issue occurs when I open 1Password (from the Dock). I only run the app with its window maximized–as large as possible based on my laptop display, without going full screen.

I'll monitor behavior this week, and report details.
