Bug: Unlock prompt out of focus when opening

This is a bug that happens often. I wish I had more details to identify a pattern. The dialog to unlock 1Password with either Touch ID or a password is out of focus when opening the app. Instead, ...

There is definitley a bug with focus. For me, I see the following behavior:
* In a Safari window, I select a link
* Page loads but focus is grabbed by 1Password as seen by the 1Password app becoming active

I also see similar behavior with other apps. It seems 1Password is a bit too grabby :-) of focus.
