[bug]compromised site password dialog prevents update dialog showing
is it a toast? is it a dialog?
i visited a site that has a compromised password warning. the dialog/popup/toast appeared. i proceeded to the section of the site for resetting my password. when the "new password" field popped up, 1p suggested a new password, which i accepted. unfortunately the "update" dialog never appeared (update the entry in 1p), either because it was still covered by the compromised warning, or because that element prevented the update dialog from appearing.
the net is a changed password that was not saved in 1p. it then took wrangling to get a password created/updated/stored.

thankfully (or unthankfully, for this report), i only had one. now that it's resolved, i don't think i can test this, again.
"change now" was not usable, because hitting the button took me to the wrong page for changing the password. once i got to the right page to change the password, the dialog popped back up, and then covered the rest of the 1p dialogs that popped up, afterwards, asking if i wanted to save my credential changes.

I'm glad that you didn't see the issue again. Are you able to share the address of the website in question? I can keep an eye out for further reports. If you don't want to post the address on the public forum you can also email it to support@1Password.com and include a link to this thread.

Hello huffalumpy! 👋
I'm sorry that you ran into an issue when changing your password on a website. Just to clarify, was this is notification that you saw:
If it is then clicking "Change now" should have dismissed the notification and directed you to the website's change password page. Did something else happen?
Are you able to reproduce the issue again and create a screen recording? If you are then I can send you a secure upload link to share the recording with the team so that we can take a look.
