Can’t migrate to new 1Password Vault

Where is your data currently stored?

I added the new account, filled in all Secret Key information and typed in my Master Password I did NOT get the button, choice to Migrate my data. Instead, I got the choice to Change Your Password or Sign Out.

I had already entered all of the other information (email, secret key, master password), but I wasn’t allowed to go to the next step. Shouldn’t that have been enough?

I printed my Energency Kit so that I could scan the code. When I hit the “scan code” button, the scanner came on and then off before I could even center the code. I tried 7 times.

Tried to scan QR code 5 times, but was given less than 5 seconds and couldn’t do it.

Can you please elaborate on this? What do you mean by 5 seconds?
