Can I disable the Cmd+Shift+X shortcut in Chrome on MacOS?

This shortcut (Cmd+Shift+X) interferes with the shortcut for strikethrough text in most rich text editors.
Is there a way to change or disable this shortcut? It's really annoying.

I went to Preferences -> General and removed all the shortcuts, but it doesn't seem to affect the Chrome extension.

    If you go to chrome://extensions/shortcuts, you can set the shortcuts for 1Password's extension there. :)
