Can I unInstall and Re-Install 1Password on my iPhone?
my iPhone 1Password Vaults are hopelessly out of sync with my iMac Vaults.
I am hoping that a simple re-Install will clean up my iPhone.

Since it sounds like you might have some items that are out of sync, deleting the 1Password app from your iPhone might cause you to lose data. Given this, before you take any steps, it sounds like the best thing to do would to get in touch with us so we can take a look at your specific setup to avoid you losing data. I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from each of your devices:
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to
