Since this is a long time with no response and you've not yet followed up with any updates, I thought you might appreciate some sympathy for your situation, even if it comes without help, given that the Community can't do much to help with the problem as you've described it.

Based on my interaction with it and approximately all comments about it in the Community, it is at best a way to reduce the support burden from the kind of folks who can't or won't make the minimal effort to find well-documented and easily discoverable answers to their questions. For everyone else, it's... unhelpful.
Is there another way to get ahold of a customer support individual?
The first (and best) is to email them and reference this thread.

Evidence strongly suggests that a sufficiently convincing human will respond to your email to Support. How soon this happens compared to how soon you expect or would like can vary substantially; that is until 1Password replaces the we-love-everyone-equally approach with tiered and/or paid priority support structure.
