Cannot add 2FA to OpenAI ChatGPT

I'm sorry that you're running into issues when using 1Password as an authenticator app for ChatGPT. I just tested on my end, using an iPhone, and I was able to setup 2FA without issue. As a first step, can you open your Login item for ChatGPT in the 1Password app and then scroll through the item and remove any one-time passwords that are already saved there. It's possible that you might have more then one one-time password already saved to the item which might be causing an issue. 

Next, it’s important that your device’s time isn’t more than 30 seconds off. The authentication code changes every 30 seconds, so if your device is more than 30 seconds off, you'll see an incorrect code that won't be accepted. Visit this website on each of your devices and make sure the time matches: https://time.is

If the date and time on a device doesn’t match, you can adjust it:

• Mac
• iOS
• Windows
• Android

Then, try to save the one-time password again using 1Password for Safari on your iPhone: Fill one-time passwords
