Cannot change iDrive password

Since subscribing to 1Password I have been unable to change my password for iDrive.

(https://www.idrive.com/idrive/login/loginForm?lo=yes) All of my other accounts work fine. iDrive support is baffled.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Windows 10

    Can you describe to be the steps you are taking to change your password on iDrive and the behaviour you are seeing?
