Cannot create passkey for existing login item

I have logged in to my account at privacy.com. It prompts me to create a passkey for authentication. I try to go through the workflow, but 1Password will NOT allow me to update my existing Login item...

Thanks for the question! Make sure that your original Login item for Privacy.com contains the same website address as the page that you're trying to save the passkey on. 

If you've already checked that then what website address do you see in the new item created when you save a passkey? Does it match the website address in the original item?
