Cannot create passkeys for some apps (Android)

I am unable to create passkeys for some apps on android (like eBay). I always get the error message "Error creating passkey: The website or service was not able to send the required data to 1Password"

When i try to create a passkey through the browser the option does not show up on Kiwi Browser and in Cromite i see the option but i can only delete, not create new passkeys. When i logout and try to log into the app again the app does not offer using the passkey i was able succesfully create on Windows.

The logs show this:

    A short answer is that there are different ways to implement passkeys and eBay is one of a handful of sites which implemented them early and differently from most, such that it "doesn't work" with tools such as 1Password.
