Cannot disable "Unlock using Windows Hello"

Every time I turn off "Unlock using Windows Hello", it turns itself back on again some time later. I'm not sure what triggers it. I don't think it is a restart because I'm pretty sure I haven't resta...

Hi David,

I was just about to respond saying that it hasn't happened in a while and maybe it was all good now, but when I went to open 1password so I could log into this account, it did it again. Hopefully the diagnostics report will help. I'm sending it now.
