Cannot log into 1password 8 on Mac.

I had to have an account recovery by another admin. That worked fine and now I can log into the app on iPhone and online but not in the 1password 8 app on Mac. Again, the password is the correct new one.

    I'm sorry that the guide didn't help. I see that you're currently discussing the situation with one of my colleagues over email, pleasure continue the conversation there. To prevent duplication of efforts I'm closing this thread.

    The error message is “That didn’t work. Check your password and try again.

    I did the steps. I got the new recovery kit through the wife (other admin) and used it to get in online and into the ios app. I could not get into the mac app but it did not ask me for the secret code, jist pass.

    I uninstalled the app and rebooted. I re installed and all it asks me for is the password. It’s like it’s still looking for the old password.
