Cannot open 1password

I can't open the "use 1password" button in Google Chrome Settings password. It's grey and I can't click on it. How to solve this situation ! It's obviously gray and white and can't be clicke...

Are you able to open 1Password in your browser by pressing the Ctrl + shift + x keys? That should open 1Password in your browser, if it's working properly, and help us get started with investigating what the issue may be.

If that doesn't work, let me know and we will help figure it out!
