Cannot save some other preset

Hello!

Can I ask what's wrong with your Windows app?!

I'm trying to set Convenient preset at the Security Settings but it doesn't save it!

1Password for Windows 8.12.21 (81221001)

    It certainly seems like something isn't working as expected. I'd like to ask you to recreate the behaviour in the app on your Windows PC, then create and share a 1Password diagnostics report:

    Send a diagnostics report (Windows)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com. With your email please include:
