Can't activate Touch ID

Touch ID is working on my Mac, but not in 1Password. In Settings > Security > Unlock, Touch ID, Apple Watch, and their checkboxes are grayed out. 1Password Version: 8.9.15 Extension Version...

Updating to 13.2 worked perfectly. I didn't even have to turn on Touch ID— when I went to Unlock to turn it on, both Touch ID and Apple Watch checkboxes were already checked.
