Can't edit the tags for a login item!

I select an existing 1P entry and see that it has two tags. I need to add a third tag, so I enter Edit mode. While in Edit mode, the tags are NOT visible and clicking on the word "tags" does nothing. Clicking around the word "tags", thinking maybe the field may be hidden, is equally unfruitful. What is going on such that I cannot view or edit tags while in edit mode?

Found a way to update the tags!

    I can confirm this odd behavior, which I believe is fairly recent breakage. Another workaround seems to be editing the tags field from either 1Password Mini or from the browser plugin. I've been putting off updating to 1Password 8, based on some negative reports from early adopters, but I'm guessing that AgileBits is no longer fixing bugs in version 7.
