Can't export attachments
I seem to remember that it used to be possible to export attachments in previous builds, but in 8.7.0-3.NIGHTLY, I simply can't figure out how to do it. Am-I missing something?
I have apps that need a license file to be activated and I simply cannot export the file itself at this point…
(and while we're on this topic, I miss the time when attachments were only that: embedded in the item they belonged to and that was it. I really don't need to see them separately in the list of my items as documents).

From the entry for iPartition, I can only open up the linked item in 1Password. From there, I can preview or download it.
I can't do anything to preview or download it directly from within the entry for iPartition itself though. - DenalBSuper Contributor
Looks like this file is linked… 🤔
Could you try if you are able to attach this file? Just download it and attach it. - DenalBSuper Contributor
Hey Corentin,
Did you attach files into entries. Or did you upload files as documents and linked them in your entries?
The entry where I took the screenshot from has a file attached.

Hi DenalB
I think I've figured it out.
There is no download button in the item it belongs to, but if I select View there, I can get to the entry for the file, and on the right of the Preview section, I can see the arrow pointing down allowing me to download…
Lots of steps… I wish it were available directly in the software entry in 1Password instead of having to open up the entry for the embedded item. That's a step back from v7 for me :-(Thanks for your help though!
