Would you each be able to share screenshots of the error message you're getting? Please be sure no sensitive information is visible in the screenshet.

You should be able to reproduce it with stock MacOS 15.4 24E248 running inside a VM

I get the problem too. (There are other problems with this web site such as every time I type a character in this window the screen scrolls to be the bottom and it's really annoying to see what I am typing!!). Anyway I found out that if you turn Content Blockers off for this page using the Website Settings from the little icon in the address bar, the problem will go away. This problem happens for me in both Safari and Firefox on the Mac. It does not happen on my iPad. I have also reported this by email to mailto:community@1password.com and have ticket ID JVR-86362-956.

Yup, I have had this happening quite often too. I've had it on my iPad and Mac, both running Safaris.
