cant sign in "an unexpected error occurred"

I cannot sign in due to an unexpected error. I have tried on a phone and browser.
I have tried on a new phone with my emergency kit.

    I'm sorry for the trouble, we had brief period of connectivity issues lasting approximately 40 minutes and it sounds like you may have been affected. Can you confirm if things are now working as they should be?
