Change default behavior of main research bar
There is two things which is really hard to get used to when I switched from the version 7 to 8:

The "find" feature seems to work okay. It would make sense to simply replace the "search" field by this "find" one or be able to "stick" the "find" field all the time.
Having to use the shortcut (at all) is quite nice but still extra steps when we are on the hurry.
