Change where a login is suggested and filled (Starts with intigration)

The feature of displaying a website based on certain criteria has been added.
Like Fill anywhere on this website, Only fill on this exact domain and Never fill on this website.
This was a feature that is very important to me, so I haven't switched to 1password yet and stayed with Bitwarden.
But now I am missing a function here which has Bitwarden and zware "Starts with".
This ensures that the URL which is stored at 1Password must match exactly, but the end does not matter afterwards.
Example:
You have multiple logins on one device e.g.
http://192.168.1.1:8433/login/settings
http://192.168.1.1:5000
http://192.168.1.1:5000/extreme/test
All three are different logins. If you now use "Only fill on this exact domain", then all three will be displayed on all pages.
If there was a feature with "Starts with" then you could apply that to all and it would show only the entries that belong to it on the respective page.

Web Browser:
http://192.168.1.1:8443/login/signin = show entry
http://192.168.1.1:8443/login = show entry
http://192.168.1.1:5000/login = Do not show the entry
http://192.168.1.1:8443 = Do not show the entry
I work in IT and there are sometimes many logins for a server and it's a bit stupid if then all results are always displayed. I love this feature on Bitwarden and hope it can be used here soon.
