Changing settings jumps back to top of the window

When I change settings at the bottom of the settings dialog subpage, eg. the "Reveal passwords with option/ctrl+alt", the window jumps up to the header, so I don't see the final state of the checkbox...

I've been able to replicate the behaviour you described, and understand the annoyance here. I've gone ahead and added your case to an internal issue as our developers investigate this further.
